Unhappy

I have subfolders set-up in Outlook Contacts that don't seem to be recognized when I synched. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this information synched over in its entirety?

PocketMirror, the Palm<->Outlook conduit set that came with your Visor does not handle subfolders on Outlook as you suspected.

Intellisync by Puma only allows you to specify multiple folders for its email conduit, not Cal, Contacts, and tasks.

You may want to check with Dataviz (http://www.dataviz.com) to see how their product, Desktop to Go, does it.
I found the following in their FAQ...

---
"The current version of Desktop To Go only allows you to synchronize with one Personal Contacts folder and one Public Contacts folder at the same time.

"Desktop To Go does not allow you to synchronize with multiple Contacts folders.

"You can synchronize with a sub folder of Contacts though. You must manually configure Desktop To Go to select the appropriate Outlook sub folder."

Check out the following pages: http://www.dataviz.com/support/DTG/...multfolder.html http://www.dataviz.com/support/DTG/...ult_folder.html

TrueSync by StarFish will allow subfolders for Contacts, ToDo, and Notes in Outlook.

In fact, you have the option to either put all contacts in a single folder and it will sync the categories of the other application, or, use multiple or subfolders.

If you use multiple folders or subfolders, then it syncs to each folder by category. For example, contacts assigned to the Business category in your Visor will sync to a folder called Business.

If this is confusing, write back and I'll try to explain better.

You can get TrueSync for free if you have a Yahoo! account.
