I am unable to synch via USB to Outlook 98. I just get error messages. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or know of any solutions? Thanks.

what error messages?
ya install pocketmirror? you need pocketmirror or something to hotsync with outlook 98.
otherwise go into control panel -> internet options -> programs -> and change the e-mail program to "Microsoft Outlook"
try it out and see what happens
