Stylus stuck in silo

My dad has another problem with his VPL. Somehow he got his stylus jamed in the silo. It is jamed in 2 mm farther than intended. Now it is stuck. Any ideas on how to get it out?

Jason

1) Yank
2) disassemble
3) Yank w/ needlenose pliers.
4) How On Earth did that happen?

Needle nose plyers should do the trick, if not you can easily dissasemble...

I'd dissasemble 'cause it's fun!

Disassemble bad. Yanking doesn't work. How did he do it, he has no idea. He opened his case yesterday to use his VPL and found that the stylus was jammed in the silo. Needlenose pliers didn't work. He does have another stylus but it is annoying for him that he can't pull out the regular stylus anymore.

He can't pull it out with pliers? I think somebody maybe was a little too liberal with the krazy glue...

Talking

Get a return authorization from customer service, and send it in to Handspring. They will replace it.
