Forgive my ignorance, I'm still learning about the PDAs. I see Palm has released version 4 of it's OS. Is the Handspring Prism like a computer where the OS can be upgraded to newer releases? If so, how is that done?

Unfortunately NONE of the handspring PalmOS machines have flash memory.

What this means is that we can't upgrade the OS like "real" Palms can. We have to wait for a patch from Handspring to upgrade our OS.

Typically handspring doesn't release patches for major OS upgrades, so we're probably stuck with the current version of OS forever!
