Hi. I'm trying to install AvantGo on my new VD, and keep getting the following error:

HotSync operation started 01/04/01 16:41:46
- Install failed: C:\Program Files\Palm\natesc\Install\avantgo.prc
Install synchronization failed
HotSync Error: Connection is lost (6410)

I've tried everything I can think of. Hard resets, soft resets, mucking around with the Hotsync custom settings, etc.

Help! I'm desperate.
