I called at 8 am this morning...held for 15 minutes and got Anthony. I told him that my credit card was billed twice. He said that he had me in the system for two Graphite Visor Deluxes (I only ordered one) and that they shipped out on the 20th, I asked him for a tracking number and supplied the entire 18 digit number. He said just refuse one of them and my card will be credited. I think I will try my luck on EBAY first. Maybe turn the nightmare into something better.
