I purchased the supplynet cable for my Samsung 3500 a month or so ago and was able to connect without any problems. Well, I haven't tried it for several weeks and when I do, I get an error that says "modem not found". I verified all of my settings, even though I haven't changed anything. Has anyone else had this error?

Suggestions?

I have found that doing a 'reset' normally cures that problem. Or, sometimes can accomplish the same thing by doing a 'Disconnect' within the software package you are trying to use.

Then, it seems to work just fine. Maybe the previous usage was never instructed to 'Disconnect' ?

Hope it helps,

Nope, I tried both and still get the error when trying to connect. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone who has a Samsung phone or a Visor that I could use to test with.

I have the 3500 & Visor Deluxe Combo also, and found that I had to have the correct service selected in
'Preferences - Network' when I left preferences.

Know that is obvious, but sometimes it is the obvious that we miss.
