More install problems with Palm Desktop

I just download Palm Desktop 4.0.1 from Handspring's website, and when trying to install it I get this error:

The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed.

IKernel.exe could not be copied to 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intel 32'. Make sure that you have the appropriate privileges to copy files to this folder. (0x5)

Gibberish to me. Anyone know what it means, and what's keeping me from installing the software? Should I just try redownloading the file? Thank you.

For some reason, when I tried again, it worked fine. So forget about it.
