Unhappy

My power switch is gradually deteriorating. Sometimes it is nearly impossible to turn the Visor on or off with the switch, and I have to press the button many times and hold it down in order to get it to function. Anyone else had this problem? Any fixes?

David

Cool

Call Handspring support and get a replacement. This sounds like a physical component problem. Have you done a soft or hard reset?

I had a similar problem. My button wasn't deteriorating (sp?) but the case around the on/off button cracked. I called Handspring and within a few days, I had a new replacement. Call Handspring!
