On my Prism the on/of button is loose, it has some play. It appears that on my Deluxe it was more sturdy. Has anyone else noticed anything of the sort?

No play on my Prism's power button. Compared to the Visor, it feels a little firmer and has a more solid "click".

I've got the same problem here. This is an old thread, so I'd like to know what you've done with your Prism ever since you've discovered the power button problem.

In reply to your previous post regarding the loose power buttom. Generally speaking I have been very pleased with the Prism overall despite its few short commings. So basically I just left it alone. It has not gotten any worse since my original post.
Hope that helps.

I just contacted Handspring today. They're going to send me another Visor anyways--that'll be number three!!
Thanks for the reply though...

On/Off Button
Same problem here.
Handspring is sending me a replacement Prism due to loose On/Off Button, too.
On required multiple attempts, as did Off.
It usually required a firm hold down by the third attempt.
