Angry

Glad I have the backup module. Had the Prism for 2 weeks now. Complete data loss twice. The first time removing my sounds good module. (??) The second time I just installed the latest date book 4, hit my calendar screen then fatal error, tapped on reset and boom, back to the digitizer screen. WTF? Here are the hacks I run. Pop up calculator, teal glance, teal echo. Removed them all. No more hacks for me. What are you to do, back up to the module after each input? It should not be that easy to loose data.

Yeah, def. sucks.
I have about 15 hacks on my HSVD (but never all active at the same time), but so far have been lucky none seem to conflict. I've always asked that there be some "master conflict list" - but it may be imposs. to compile.
I used to have 15 (mostly diff.) hacks, and I crashed like crazy.
It's best to keep in mind that you're in a "danger zone" while using new hacks - I guess, even just 3!
Don't input too much new stuff until you're sure they're stable together.
Still, def. sucks.

Were you updating from another Visor? You may have downloaded software that is incompatible with the Prism. backup your address etc, do a hard reset and remove your backup folder. The backup folder is usually located in C:/program files/palm/username
