Hi I have outlook 2000 and a visor handheld. I am trying to synch and it gives me illegal operation and will be shut down error.in details it says:
OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module MSO9.DLL at 0167:30a2ae71.
Then it tells me to retry because this action could not be completed because the other program is busy. Click the appropriate button on the taskbar to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
I have mo other program opened.
Then after hitting retry a few times it says: unable to communicate with outlook OLE Automation interface. try restarting outlook.
It works when outlook is opened but does not synch when closed. I had this installed on my system before and everything was working great. Then I had to re-install my whole system due to a change of hard drive and now i can't get it to work properly.
I have tried removing mso9.dll and fixing office 2000 and downloaded office 2000 sr-1, but no luck. outlook express e-mail works with no problems.
