Handera Screen for Visor?

I wish someone would come up with a way to retrofit a Visor Deluxe or Solo with a Handera type screen. I really want the resolution but don't want to spend $300.00 to get it since my Visor--equipped with voice recorder module--ably meets my needs otherwise.

Since the Visor Solo/Deluxe form factor and the Handera form factor are roughly the same, would a screen "swap" be such a technological challenge? I'd gladly pay 100 bucks if someone came up with a way to do this.

Anybody up to the challenge?

It's a whole lot more complicated than just replacing the LCD. I'm sure there's a different display controller and then you've got the OS tweaking needed to utilize the enhanced display.

Granted, it's probably possible to do (all it takes is time and money ), but I'd guess in the long run, buying a new handheld with a hi-res display would be cheaper and more reliable.

You can get a high res screen here....

Don't go to the Visor section go to complete screen replacements and you'll find an enhanced screen for $70. It's supposed to be a whiter color 320x320 screen.
