Suddenly, my Visor's power button is broken. When i try to push it, it doesn't go down. Has this happened to anyone else? There is no visable damage, i didn't drop it, i have no idea what happened. I thought of unscrewing my Visor and seeing if i can fix it from the inside, but i don't want to risk erasing all my info, since i cannot sync from my NT computer. Anyone have any ideas?

I also had a problem with the power button -- it only worked intermittently. I had to push the button pretty hard to get it to work every time. I called tech support, then customer support and got an RMA. I got a replacement in about 4 days.
