O.k. I sync my visor and it works fine. I turn off my computer and visor, come back later, and try to sync and it doesn't work. In the meantime, I've installed no new files and haven't even taken the visor out of the cradle. What's the story here?
When I first got the visor, it sync'ed sporadically, but then it was excellent for a few days. Now this new problem. Do I have a bad cradle or visor? Should I send back?
BTW, using Win98 and USB. Everything works fine. How come it works one minute and not the next?

There are various discussions and possible helps in this area about this problem. It seems to be a wide spread problem. It certainly has given me a fit. The real problem to me is Handspring's silence on this issue. Their silence is beginning to be heard and it seems as we are trying to conncet with Handspring that we, like our visors, are not having much luck syncing. If this continues the product and the producer will be a little use to the end-user.
