Question visor screen dead ?

I was just replacing the battery on my visor pro (which i did successfull ) and now when i turn on my pda i got about a 1/8" block of missing vertical lines on the display. is the screen dead or do you think cables are just loose? plz help

it sounds like a cable is not snapped in good or broken - I don't know how you could kill your screen replacing the battery unless you gave the Visor a good static shock (you did ground yourself, right?)

I would crack it back open and very carefully check the cables - especially that thin ribbon one connecting the display to the mainboard.
