Question

Like most Palm addicts I've tried installing several different versions of each core application replacement to test drive and settle on my favorite.

I'm experiencing an annoying problem with the Datebook apps. I use alarms for meetings and appointments. When one goes off, it's like a bunch of drunks crowding at the bar! I clear one alarm and immediately another pops up, followed by another and another... !!

I have the standard DateBook and DateBook+ that came with the Visor as well as Action Names and WeSync Calendar. I can't turn off the alarm in the application, only on an event by event basis.

Any suggestions???

I had a similar problem. After making Datebook+ my "default" databook and activating Datebook+ after each hotsync, the double alarm sound went away. It seems that there is a bug that allows Datebook and Datebook+ to both sound alarms unless you go to Datebook+ after your hotsync.

Cool

I've been using Action Names for about 3 weeks now and I've never had this problem. I didn't do anything special that I know of and I am using alarms all the time.
