We have added a new Ordering/Shipping forum for shipping/billing issues, but not just to get complaints shifted to a spot of their own. All Ordering/Shipping comments, both good and bad, need to be posted to the new forum. Current messages will be gradually moved over to the new forum. We have created the forum so those users that do not wish to read about shipping will not have to wade through the numerous posts so they can read normal Visor messages.

For example, not everyone wants to read posts about springboards, yet there are those that are very much interested in them. That is why we have a Springboards forum. Same reason we now have a Palm OS Forum because not everyone that reads VisorCentral plans on buying a Visor.

When a significant number of messages on a particular topic are posted daily, we may find it necessary to give that topic a forum of its own. Once the issues that Handspring has with shipping/billing are resolved, we will blend that forum back into the General Forum.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! It really has been depressing trying to find messages other than ones that deal with ordering and shipping. I want to read messages about what people want to do with their Visors.
