Unhappy

I used to sync my visor with Lotus Notes, but now I am trying to use the palm desktop to sync the data. Unfortunately, I am not able to do thi.

Will someone be so kind as to educate me on what I need to do to be able to sync back to the palm desktop?

You were most likely using EasySync. If that's the case, you need to delete the 4 sync databases that EasySync install on the handheld. These are "SyncMemoDB", "SyncToDoDB", "SyncDatebookDB" and "SyncAddressDB". You will need a file viewer like Z'catalog to view and delete these files.
