Sony Clie PEG-425 and wireless browsing and email etc

I want to upgrade my visor Deluxe for the new Clie PEG-425, but would still like to use all of the same or similar kinds of apps that I used on my visor.
Just want ted to know is the sony clie 425 caplable of using apps like Handspring blazer, multi-Mail and wapman palm classic for wireless browsing and email download using a gsm phone with infrarred modem???
