The headphones are available at Radio Shack- at least ones that look IDENTICAL are, and on innogear's website.
Case- the case they offer (availble seperately at the website) is a good one, otherwise, you sort of have to go to a case that allows a big module- the Spring Clip Case, some of the larger RhinoSkin/GrinderGear type cases, etc.
Power supply- I don't have the specs in front of me, and cannot locate them on Innogear's site, but I am sure the Shack can help with that as well.
Car kit- the Shack and most audio departments of most stores carry the earphone to cassette adapter.
Mount- the Shack and other places sell a sticky panel you can use for many situations. Fancier mounts are a bit expensive, but many of the cellphone mounts at most department and electronics stores can be modified for this purpose.
Extended battery pack- I really like VisorSolutions, but others make these as well- and they are listed/reviewed here at VisorCentral.
External flat panel speakers- this will take some shopping around- and I am not sure it will be worth it unless your car speakers are pretty bad.
Myself- I would find and modify the mount first. Attach the Visor and Minijam to it.
Plug in a extender that allows me to run two auto-DC adapters from the one lighter socket, then plug in an adapter for the MiniJam, and one for the Visor (through the BattPlug from VisorSolutions).
Use wire ties, etc. bundle this together so the cables are not dripping all over the place.
Plug in the cassette adapter, bundle the cable.
My goal would be to be able to treat the mount as a single unit with the plugs, adapters, etc. attached to it securely, but not permanently. Get in the car, snap the mount in place, hook up the Visor, plug in the connections, and go!
When I have done something similar, I actually built in around a cheap plastic tool box so I could store the player, tapes, cables, etc. in the box (with appropriate dividers and padding added.) I would set the box on the seat, open it, pull out the cables and plug them in and go!.
