Innogear Bias
It is great that all of the product reviewers conveniently recieve Innogear products but paying customers are repeatedly put off on delivery with poor excuses from Innogear's product fulfillent partner, RushOrder. After waiting an inordinate time for a MiniJam delivery with multiple false promises of shipment, I cancelled the order through RushOrder and placed an order for GoodSounds MP3 player through PalmGear. MIRACLE OF MIRACLES...5 days later, I'm listening to MP3 tunes finally on my Visor (this includes shipment overseas to a military base via SAM which can slow mail down), obviously I'm not listening on the mythical MiniJam. I'm feeling that VisorCentral has lost it's objectivity concerning products and it's support of end-users due to selective support from Handspring vaporwear producers.

Innogear just plain sucks. Their marketing sucks, their development sucks, their public affairs suck, their management sucks, and their service fulfillment house RUSHORDER SUCKS. They just plain suck. I hope they go bankrupt. They deserve it.
