My boyfriend ordered me a Visor Graphite and serial cable on 9/27 and I received it last Tuseday. And I love this thing, the styli, cover, screen and backlight is nothing like what people say. I don't think there is anything wrong with the Visor, I'm totally satisfied with HS. (I never had a Palm, so I can't compare it with the Visor)
