VGA to S-Video?

Does anyone know a cheap way to convert a VGA signal to S-Video. I'd settle for VGA to RCA converter if it's cheap enough.
I've got a VooDoo 3000 that has S-Video output but everytime I reboot the computer it defaults to VGA output. I need it to default to S-Video.

Some searching on the web shows boxes but they all cost over $100. I'm looking for the $10 solution
