Talking

I can HIGHLY recommend a 4-way stylus I found out there. It comes with a great yellow PDA tip, a 0.5 pencil, and 2 of the following: black pen, blue pen, orange highlighter, yellow highlighter (the orange may not be mentioned on the site, but I read about it somewhere, ordered it, and love it.)
For those familiar with the Rotring combo's, this is far better. First, it's the diameter of a normal pen, even with four implements. Those fat combo pens are uncomfortable to me. It's got a beautiful stainless steel body with a comfortable black grip. All implements work great; the pens are fine points. It selects based on a one-handed gravity feed mechanism. Very slick!
It's absolutely as advertised, including the customer service and all the testimonials. It ships quickly, and the best thing is the cost: $20!
No, it doesn't fit in the Visor . but it can easily replace whatever pen you keep on your person now and the Visor stylus can remain as a back up. Enjoy!

This pen sounds pretty good but, before I buy another one, I'm going to wait until one is produced with a reset pin included too.

I'm surprised more people don't realize this, but any combo stylus that includes a .5mm pencil also includes a reset pin. Just extend the lead about a centimeter or so and gently insert into the reset hole. Works great!

The address was at the end of the post. Didn't know how to make it a link at the time. Let's see if this works...
www.stylusplus.com

As for the pencil as reset pin, yes it does work; just tried it. But even in being careful, the lead still snapped. It has to be extended quite a ways to reach the "button". Luckily, the lead came out, but what a ***** if it hadn't. I think I'll just look for the paperclip as I've only reset twice in the three weeks I've had the Visor. I did see where someone stuck a paper clip in the empty springboard slot...

I did a review for the Gadgeteer on this product. Richard is right, it's a very nice pen. I'm still using it.

StylusPlus is the best multi-pen (stylus or otherwise) I've used. I've tried multi-pens many times in my pre-PDA days, as well as one pen-stylus combo for my Palm. None were as well made, easy to use, nor were they "normal" pen diameter. Hats off to Heinrich.

I'm using a Stylus+ 3 way. Pen, Pencil, stylus. Staples Office Supply, $14.98, on the same aisle as regular pens.

DonD, glad to hear it, your review was one of the ones I read before I ordered. I expect to get my StylusPlus monday or so.

I too ordered the stylus. I just received a message that it is on its way.
I wish I would receive the same message about my visor...

Here's a 3 way that may even fit in the visor:
http://www.mobileplanet.com/product...f%5Fid=MP190200

The ad's that I've seen for this stylus say that this fits in the Palm Pro. My Palm Pro stylus fits in my visor, so I assume that this 'Chameleon' stylus will fit the visor?

Like Johnny O, I'm also now using the Stylus+ 3-way pen/pencil/stylus. I didn't really want a tool with a pencil, too, since I never use one & figure it increases the odds that I'll write on the screen with the wrong tip, so I removed it.

The stylus tip has a nice feel that I can't quite describe. Much better than the styli of the Visor or my soon-to-be-sold Palm III. Even better than the Newton MP110 desktop cradle stylus that I've been carrying.

Got it at Office Max for $15.00-ish.

I went looking for the Stylus Plus locally (Minneapolis/St. Paul) and couldn't find it. But I did find a Cross ballpoint pen and stylus combo at Office Max. A well balanced pen is way better than any of those silo fitting stylus pens in my opinion. They definitely improve Graffiti writing speed. It's a little pricey at $35 but then over the years I've always received so many pens similar to this as gifts and have gotten used to them. It'll probably be a blue moon before anyone ever gives me a stylus pen so I bought it.

The pen I bought is the Cross Solo Classic Digitalwriter Duo--stylus and ballpoint pen at opposite ends. Web site showing stylus pens is at:

Gotta agree about that Rotring quad-4 data stylus. I love mine. Is anodized aluminum matte black. Only I paid $50. Seems like some others are getting real deals on theirs.

Cool

I received my 4way last week and I must say I love it!

Great product, great service. (shipped to europe with in one week!!)

One thing I like less is the 'highlighter', it basically a colored pen... Just get the red pen instead of the highlighter, that's more usefull...

The price is right, even shipping costs are OK. I would say go for it! too bad it does not fit in the stylus silo....

Cool

Just got my Stylus+4-Way Multi-Purpose Pen. I'm surprised and delighted! High quality look, feel and operation and it's slim, not bulky. The mechanism is smooth and works perfectly every time. The appearance is professional and attractive. I'm thinking of ordering several for gifts and not bothering to tell the recipients that this great stylus/pen was only $19.95!!!
I ordered the combo with black pen, red pen, pencil and stylus points. I ordered 3 extra black ink refills and an extra stylus point with the pen. All arrived by priority mail in a couple of days.
I agree with their slogan, "Pay half as much for twice the quality."
