Does anyone else have this problem?
I have a Prism, and in the upper left corner of the screen the is a white dot, about 1/4" in diameter. It looks like burn in, you use to see on old monitors. It won't go away. The Prism seems to work fine, but the dot is getting very annoying.
TIA.

If it truly is 1/4", then it is not a pixel.
It also can't be burnt in, as that can only be done on a CRT screen...not on an LCD.
Is it on the touch screen plastic, or is it actually part of the LCD display?

It isn't on the display, it appears to be underneath the glass.

I'd say you have a bad lcd... mabie a leak or pinhole in the part that holds the "Liquid" in the Lcd display... better contact the seller for a replacement.
good luck

I contacted Handspring and they are sending me a new Prism. Should be here in 3-5 business days.

you say they are sending you a "new" one? Be warned, you'll probably get a refurbished one, and it's a good chance it will have problems as well.
