Is there any way to send "locked" files to another Visor?
I read the instructions and it pretty much says "YOU CANT SEND LOCKED FILES"
Any way around this?

There are two ways to beam "locked" applications. The easiest way to do this is to use a small program called BeamCrack (4K). It will let you lock and unlock all applications, so you can then beam them.
There is another program, ZCatalog, which you may find useful. It will also let you beam anything from your Visor.

You can also use a larger program RSCEdit (101K /$15.00 Shareware) that will allow Beam of locked applications/databased, as well as number of other developmental functions.
Of course to receive you must have RSCEdit (which can be beamed) to receive the databases.
Zarf Catalog is another useful application (because it lets you set and clear other control bits, e.g. you can select which databases are backed up during hotsync, etc.) is at: http://mxlab.com/pub/palm/utils/ZarfCatalog-1.0.prc
