Motorola timeport, Visor deluxe, IR

Hi,
I have a motorola timeport 7389 and a visor deluxe, and whatever i do I can't seem to connect Via IR between them.
I've tried all the regular software such as Funsms and GSMutil, yet i can't seem to send or recieve any information from and to my phone.
I've read that it's not uncommon for the visor deluxe to have IR problems. Any ideas?

Ran,

You need the IRLink software. It has an eval. period,
then you have to pay.
I bought it, had it working with my VDX and Nokia 9110
through IR ( also in Orange IL), then after I upgraded to Prism
which has the feature built-in in PalmOS 3.5 - don't use it anymore.

I also had a Motorola Timeport 7389 with a visor deluxe (I have since upgraded to a Prism). With IR link, I had no problems. I have country set to other and the initial string as AT & F4. Hope that helps.
