I can't wait for the mp3 springboard player, and i also think it was a great idea to incorportate into such a device. My only feelings are that this palm device is more of a toy than the others. It is just as wonderful as any other palm but a buisinessman could do without the springboard. Thank whatever higher being there is that im a kid. If i was an adult id see no use for the spingboard or colors. The gps is a great device and so is the six pack, but the other springboards seem to just be toys. I will probably only purchase 1 or 2 springboards in my time with my device. It is a great thing to advertise but once you get the visor, how much could i really use the springboard. Maybe im wrong, maybe after more springboards are announced i will say "wow, im really glad i got the visor" but for now i must say that the visor is wonderful but i would have waited longer before purchasing one. The springboard is basically what bought me. But once i examined them more i noticed that they are overpriced and i can get a better device for about the same money. A camera?, i dont thing anybody needs that. Both palm and handspring have taken a step into the gameboy territory. Its about the same quality as the gameboy camera, maybe a bit better. I probably would not pay 150 for it though. visor games, also a gameboy rip off. Id download millions of games if i could find a million. But one thing i will not do is, buy the games. I will not pay $10 for a downloaded game, let alone 30 for a springboard game. The main modules right now, that i would ever consider is: 1.the gps module, because it is cheaper than buying the magellan or whatever 2. the back up OR flash module because its always nice to have extra memory, not until im nearing capacity though, back up because id miss my programs in the event of a visor melt down. 3. the mp3, this a maybe. i dont know too much about this module so i would have to research it more, i dont see the point in spending the same money for it as a rio though. Bluetooth? i practically know nothing about this and i dont plan on it because when will i need my visor to talk to my oven. Especially when my oven is 20 years old.
dont hurt me, just my opinion :-)
