Is 128 MB Memory Stick the max???

I have been awaiting the 256 MB and 512 MB memory sticks that were supposed to be released already. Some poster at palm boulevard said it did not matter because the current crop of memory stick products (including the current Clie Models) cannot support anything bigger than 128 MB. Anyone know the truth, is this guy blowing smoke or what?

The clie specs say that it supports up to 128. But I think that's just cuz there wasn't anything bigger at the time. Kinda sounds cool to say, "Supports up to 128MB Memorystick" THey very well could have said 256, but those aren't out yet. I bet the 256 and 512 memorysticks will work.
