I'd like to sync with my contacts/e-mail directory in Netscape Communicator 4.7 address book. Is there a way of doing this?

I was thinking and I'm not sure but I *think* that I can import into MS Outlook and then sync through it but I don't use MS Outlook as my primary e-mail reader. I use Netscape Communicator.

Any advice folks?

Netscape should come with something called palmtools. If you don't have it with your netscape, I know you can download it. This utility lets you set up syncing with Netscape.

Got it. Thank you, I forgot to do a thorough search of this board's archives. I apologize.

BUT...

It sync's just great now. EXCEPT the mail! I'm getting the following error message:

"-- Mail
- Failed while trying to logon to the E-Mail application. Please check your Mail settings. Click Start on your Windows desktop, choose Programs, Palm Desktop program group, and Mail Setup."

And if I look into Communicator's mail & newsgroup setup, I get this:

"Unable to install Netscape MAPI support because the file "C:\win98\system\Mapi32.dll" cannot be replaced and may be in use. Close other applications and try again."

HELP! All my other apps (including NS messenger) are closed and I'm following these instructions:

Please help! Can anyone make heads or tails of this one? My problem is that I can sync but not e-mail.
