Today, the stars aligned, the Gods smiled upon me, and I beheld the power of memory! As luck would have it, in the course of one day, I received my Prism back from Tony Rudenko's 8MB upgrade service, got my Hagiwara 16MB memory module, and opened up my Matchbook module too! That means I have a whopping 16MB internally, 16 to match that on the back, and tons of storage on CF cards. Tony's workmanship was wonderful, the extra 8 works seamlessly with my original 8MB and I truly can't see any difference in speed or battery usage. Hagiwara's extra "oompha" in the springboard has been great! In just a couple of hours I nearly had the whole thing filled with data that I have been dying to get on my Prism. As if 32MB wasn't enough, I threw a bunch of maps, pics, E-books, and more on a 16MB CF card to take with me. The days of penny pinching for memory are coming to an end. I must say that I agree with Palm's theme of "symplicity", but in the case of memory, sometimes more is better.
