Has anyone else had problems with the Geode beta testing? I have tried several times to install their beta ware on my VD, and every time I launch it crashes my OS, and re-adjusts my contrast to near black. Thank heavens for the Backup Module. Has anyone else out there had this problem? I've followed all their instructions, and have no Springboard in my slot when launching. I was gonna try re-downloading again today, but the beta login link is down, AGAIN!! If anyone has had succes, how does it look...oh, and where is the thread for this discussion, am I the only one? Car 54 where are you???

I installed the beta software and haven't had any of the problems you've described. The only problem I had was that it locked up when I ran the application with my eyemodule installed. If I had read the beta testing page, I would have noticed that they were already aware of this program and told us to remove any modules before running the software. Their site was down earlier, but is up now. I suggest you download it again and reinstall it.

No one is posting on the Geode beta because of the Non-disclosure agreement they agreed to when signing up for the beta test. Read the beta page (after login) for news on the new Geode Forum.
