Unfortunately, Motorola's CDMA Timeport model is based on the StarTac and does not have an IR port. It does ship with a serial cable, but Handspring's failure to ship a serial cable (vs. cradle) and the difficulty in getting the Visor's serial port to speak to RS232 compatible devices (vs. TTL) is a definite issue.
