Voicestream GPRS settings, anyone?

I tried using the settings Handspring posted here: http://support.handspring.com/esupp...esType=RESEARCH
but my Prism keeps closing the connection and says "Incomplete setup, check phone number" I know that the *99# number is primarily used in Europe, but does anyone know how to make a Prism use GPRS?
