 Question Visor in German?

Original Visor had problems, Handspring has sent new one and the default language is in German. I do not have access to a manual as I am abroad. I need to give my friend instructions to change the default language, can anyone help.

I don't believe you can change the language as it is burned into the ROM. You should have your friend contact Handspring to switch it out again. Was his original Visor purchased overseas? Good luck.
