Remote Hotsync

I am going on vacation soon and would like to remotely hotsync my treo 90 with my home PC. Here are the details:

My home pc has always on connectivity via a cable modem connection. It is also natted behind a firewall so I will need to know what ports to open up. This pc is running Windows XP.

I will be taking my cradle with me and attaching it to another pc that is currently set up using a dial up connection. This pc is running Windows 98.

1. Is it possible to do a remote hotsync with this configuration?

2. If it is possible, what ports(3253 and 3254 tcp and udp???) does the hotsync application use?

3. What settings do I need to use for the hotsync application, both on the pda and on the pc?
