Hey what is the Handspring stance on warranty and returns if you are not the original purchaser.

If you buy from someone on ebay and the product is sealed...can you return it if something is wrong.

I would be carefull with that idea. I dont think the warranty will cover this and if it does I would worry that the original purchacer might get the credit if they are keeping and matching S/N's.
