Rebate not honored??

I know this was posted before but I can't seem to locate it.

I got a notice today that Handspring is denying the original rebate (ended in May) on my Visor Deluxe because I did not pay the full retail price of $250. Someone posted that Handspring eventually honored it because it did not say anything about having to pay full price originally.

Does anyone have information or where this thread is? Also....anyone have a copy of the rebate form from Handspring? I can't find a copy of it on their website to confirm that there was any mention of the full price requirement.
