Cool

Does anybody have some recommendations?
I have been properly terrified after reading horror stories about people who have dropped their Visor/Palm Pilot and shattered the screen.

I'm looking for a Visor case that has the following features:
<UL TYPE=SQUARE>
<LI>Will protect the unit if it is dropped on a hard surface
<LI>Allows the unit to be used while in the case
<LI>Allowing use of the I/R port is a plus, but not required
</UL>

(I want to use it in the case since that is when I'm most likely to drop it)

Any suggestions?

Check out:

I have no affiliation with them. I do not own one either but I found them on a similar quest. They have a padded version and a titanium version. I would go with the padded one since the titanium adds weight (and costs a hundred bucks).

It initially looks good, but I found some rather negative reviews at http://www.the-gadgeteer.com/ubb/Fo...TML/000001.html

I'm not sure if a Visor will fit, but the Rhodiana case looks attractive. http://www.rhodiana.com/products/palm/palm.html

There are some nice reviews about the Rhodiana case at http://www.the-gadgeteer.com/ubb/Fo...TML/000001.html

I phoned Rhodiana and they said they'll have a model for the Visor in about two weeks.

I have been using the RhinoPak 2000 for a few days now and I really like it. I think the padding is adequate to protect against drops and bumps.
