...I did some searching but I don't think this was ever asked...
I ordered the PDA Panache stylus because of the raving reviews and recommendations...my question is, if this stylus is so good, then why would you need a writeright anyway? How much of the clarity is taken away by them...that's my biggest concern...

WriteRights unfortunately, cut down the contrast and readability of the Palm by quite a bit. I used to use them but after awhile, I stopped. As for the stylus and the PDAPanache styli, it's not so much the point of the stylus as much as the bits of grit that get caught between the screen and the tip that scratches it.

I've used the WW's for 3 years now on my Palm and many times I have dropped or hit something against the screen other than the pen. I would defiantly get them. Once you have a scratch on your screen it is there and you can't get it out.
P.S.
I also have one of the pens you just ordered and I love it. Works great with the WW's

just picked up the PDA survival kit today at Office Depot ($29). WW fits real nice and it's not as dull as I thought they would be...I feel so much better already about my screen...the PDA Panache should come next week, so it'll be even better...
