It says You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisorCentral, Madrona Park, Inc. (the makers of the bulletin board software), and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
Madrona Park changed the their name to InfoPop (as was in the version of UBB VC had) but now the BB software is made by Jelsoft Enterprises Limited. So, if you have any problems, just sue madrona park (which doesn't exist any more). Plus, I'm sure Jelsoft doesn't want to be sued.
