 Subsidy unlock

I have tried many outlets to find the procedure for entering the subsidy unlock for my Treo 270 so that I can use the phone in the United Kingdom with a local provider's SIM. I have called my provider and they have given my the unlock code, but were not able to provide me the "path" to enter the code. HELP!
