problem w/ hotsync Win EX Pro

Any one have a suggestion as to how to set up Visor deluxe to hotsync on system w/ Win XP Pro using USB cradle?

This unit works on Win 98SE system but not new W/ XP pro.

Make sure the USB ports are enabled under Windows Device Manager. You might also need to enable them in the system BIOS settings as well.

A friend upgraded to Win XP Home and now cannot usb sync his Visor. What can be done? Is there a software upgrade that will allow his Visor to sync?

Yes he did, but he said that XP wouldn't accept the drivers. Are there new drivers/software? He is not the upgrade type, so he is probably using the orignal shipping software.
