Fatal Exception- Fatal Error

I have been receiving a fatal exception and fatal error when I have attempted to delete a data file on the Visor Deluxe unit that is not allowing me to hotsync properly. The procedure I have used is to go to applications then to delete and then try to delete the corrupt data. When I hit delete the FATAL EXCEPTION/ FATAL ERROR occurs. This data is not part of the ROM of the Visor but is a 3rd party data file. Everytime this happens, I need to do a soft reset. This problem arose when I had a battery failure and had to do a hard reset. Since then I have not been able to HotSync the Visor Deluxe.

I would appreciate any input to correct this problem.

You might try deleting the offending file with a 3rd party file utility like McFile, Filez, or Z'Catalog.
