bpowell423 - There is a LOT of Javascript attached to the ad banners here, but see if turning off Java (and not Javascript) in Netscape helps. There is one banner here that's a Java applet, and since you mentioned it doesn't happen every time you visit...
If that doesn't do it, try the following steps to try and clear up your problem:

<LI>Manually delete the Netscape history and cache files. To do this, close Netscape, open Windows Explorer, and go to: \Program Files\Netscape\Users\<your_username>. From there delete the file 'netscape.hst', and all files in the cache folder.
<LI>After deleting the files, run Scandisk on your system (a Standard scan test is enough).

The problem you describe is more well known in relation to Java and Netscape, but the steps described above may help clear it in either case.

elmorg - One of the posts in the thread you mention has an extremely long URL (it's a message from a similarly named fellow to myself). Since the link for that URL isn't breaking well to multiple lines, it keeps the page from resizing at some point.
