It was a REAL pain in the @#$^%! to get it, but summerized, here's what kept happening:
I called them. They made me do annoying unplugging, etc. Didn't work. Said a higher-up tech person would call me.
Higher up tech-person calls. I'm not home.
I call them (normal number). Talk to stupid person, makes me do same stuff. Says product technician will call me.
I'm not home when they call.
Repeat.
They call, I'm home. We go through the same thing, the person says he doesn't know what's going on, sends me new VDx, done.
Maybe you can learn from my mistakes.
