I downloaded a document that had to be unzipped and imported into the memo pad..... The instructions said to create a new topic, {in memopad}import the downloaded file and it should show up after hot sync... The only things that show up in actuality are the four original topics which are the Handheld basics, tips, three ways to enter text and download applications.
Any thoughts on what i'm doing wrong?

It's hard to diagnose this w/out more detail.
I'm kind of presuming you're talking about you're Visor, mostly.
But it seems like the software you want to use was referring to the Palm Desktop software, mostly. (Due to the word "import.")
Did you un-zip the original file?
Is it either a .PRC or a .PDB file? These are the only kinds the Palm OS recognizes. (If it's a .TXT file or a .DOC file, you must double-click the file, which should pull up NotePad or WordPad or WinWord. Then Copy the text and Paste it into the Palm Desktop software's MemoPad. Then sync.)

This is all I can think of at the moment, given your original query. If you can give us some more detail, we might be able to help more.
