Ok, I broke down and bought the Prism. But I didn't order a second cradle yet. Until I do, can I hotsync using a visor deluxe USB cradle that I have (I know it won't charge the batteries, but I just need to hotsync it...)?

Thanks,
Rick

Exclamation

I just received the official word from Handspring this morning and ordered my Prism and my Wife's Deluxe.

They said I can use the deluxe on the prism cradle but not the other way around. I ordered extra prism cradles. If you have a travel sync cord, you can still use that.

Not So Fast...

Someone else posted that they was able to modify the plastic on their delux cradle so the prism would fit...

The only issue is for the connector to mate up. It won't charge since there is no powersupply but if you carefully cut the plastic (use a dremel or a file) so that the prism will slide down in to the connector it will hotsync just fine...

If you are going to spend the money you might check out the hot sync cable which you can coil up and take with you... what ever meets your needs.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I don't need the extra cradle for my Visor Deluxe anymore, so I was going to take my dremel tool to it...
