handspring lost one user and gained one

I posted last week to see if anyone could tell me to upgrade to a neo instead of a handera 330 @ $216

Well sam's dropped the 330 to $168 I couldn't pass it up. However all is not lost my wife is getting my visor and flip cover and chameleon stylus and backup module and keyboard.

I don't think she knows how lucky she is. However, she now realizes that that toy is actually a tool.

I only had the one module so the upgrade wasn't that painful.

now i have:
a wired ethernet(cf is about $50)
his res (yes i know mono) screen
and more memory. (upto a 1 gig microdrive) Who needs a gig for palm os? Not me. I was ok with 2 megs. I hope the new visors have multiple expansion spots.
jogwheel for onehanded use.
I also have a voice recorder... maybe i will use it.

I hope the new visor can bring me back to the fold in the future. The color treo might do it if they will add a mmc (sd) slot for more memory. I like to carry pic of the kid in the palm of my hand rather than my wallet.

Looks like you got a good deal! I think I'll stick with my prism for now, but that is tempting. I've got a friend that uses the 1 gig Micordrive on his digital camera. He loves it!

Hope you enjoy your new toy errrr tool!
